1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our websites at applieddynamicsinitiative.org or adisteam.org, or by subscribing to our email or SMS updates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or services.
2. Purpose
Applied Dynamics Initiative (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to youth STEAM education in New Mexico. The information provided on our websites and through our communications is for educational, inspirational, and fundraising purposes only.
3. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our websites and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights or restrict the use and enjoyment of others. You may not:
- Use the site to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
- Interfere with the operation of our websites or systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any data, server, or account
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any misuse.
4. Donations
All donations made to Applied Dynamics Initiative are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law under our registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. Donors may opt to cover payment processing fees at checkout — this is voluntary and does not affect the tax-deductible portion of the donation. You will receive a receipt via email confirming your contribution amount. A year-end tax statement will be mailed to the address provided at the time of donation.
5. SMS and Email Communications
By providing your contact information and opting in through our donation or sign-up forms, you consent to receive communications from Applied Dynamics Initiative, including:
- Fundraising opportunities
- Event updates and invitations
- Program news and impact updates
SMS Terms:
- Message frequency: approximately 2–6 messages per month
- Message and data rates may apply
- To unsubscribe at any time, reply STOP

- Consent to receive SMS is not required to make a donation or participate in our programs
- Messages may be sent from numbers associated with the adisteam.org domain
Email Terms: To unsubscribe from emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or contact us at directors@adisteam.org to be removed from all communications.
We will never sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our sites — including text, logos, images, videos, and materials — is the property of Applied Dynamics Initiative unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our sites may include links to third-party websites or services. Our donation page is hosted at donate.adisteam.org and processes payments securely through Stripe. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of external sites. Please review those policies when interacting with third-party services. A list of our key service providers is available in our Privacy Policy.
Applied Dynamics Initiative uses Outcome Nexus (outcomenexus.com) as our program management platform. Team members and program participants may be invited to use the Outcome Nexus mobile application to complete program activities and submit impact data. Use of the Outcome Nexus platform is subject to Outcome Nexus’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at https://outcomenexus.com. Applied Dynamics Initiative is responsible for how it uses the platform but is not responsible for Outcome Nexus’s independent data practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
Applied Dynamics Initiative provides all content “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its accuracy or fitness for any purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our websites, donation services, or communications.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Applied Dynamics Initiative, its directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims or liabilities resulting from your misuse of our sites or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at https://applieddynamicsinitiative.org/terms/ with a new effective date. Continued use of our websites or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
